“Aquarius Trail Hut System Crosses the Halfway Point” Work on the Aquarius Trail Hut System has crossed over the halfway point with the completion of 3 of the 5 huts. The remaining 2 huts are scheduled to be completed over the next 6-8 weeks.
“Providing a Utah backcountry experience with a hint of luxury.” The Aquarius trail and hut system will provide true backcountry experience with a hint of luxury for those thru-biking the 175-mile multi-purpose trail.

Talked to some people who finished at Escalante yesterday. They said the bathrooms were terrible, enough ammonia smell to burn your eyes. We had the same experience exactly one year ago and ended up using the Forest Service Outhouses whenever possible.
